A. All sarees come with an attached blouse unless otherwise is mentioned in the description
B. Blouse length - 70 cm approximately.
C. Dry cleaning is required for maintenance
D. Blouse material will be cut for your convenience in the case of an attached blouse
E. Incase the blouse image is absent on the product page, it can be understood that the saree comes with a running blouse unless otherwise mentioned in the product description.
F. In the case of a running blouse, the material can be cut from the saree as per the customer’s convenience.

- 1. For special delivery requests such as speedy delivery, scheduled delivery, invoicing requests, please get in touch with us before placing the order
- 2. Tracking details will be emailed within 24 hours
- 3. The shipping charges cover only shipping costs and does not cover customs charges / VAT that is unique to each country’s governing laws.

Delivery time:
8 to 10 days for shipments within India
10 to 15 days for shipments outside India
A. The bill, price tag and the saree / dupatta’s fold should be intact.
B. The product should be returned back to the head office in 100% saleable condition
C. The quality and condition of the saree / dupatta must be the same as when delivered
D. Once the saree is received, an exchange slip will be issued within 7 days, if the above conditions are met.
E. The exchange slip can be redeemed either on our website or at any of our stores in Chennai
F. The exchange coupon will not be limited by any validity period.
G. The courier charges incurred due to exchange will NOT be borne by Palam Silks.
H. Saree cannot be exchanged once the blouse / fall is stitched
I. Readymade blouses cannot be exchanged.
